PAYMENT

After a manuscript is accepted for publication based on the results of peer review, the authors receive an official acceptance letter along with information regarding the payment of the Article Processing Charge (APC).

The organizational fee covers the following expenses:

  • editorial and technical processing of the manuscript
  • organization of the double-blind peer review process
  • scientific editing and proofreading
  • layout and preparation for publication
  • DOI assignment
  • publication of the article in open access
  • long-term digital archiving
  • Payment is made only after the article has been officially accepted for publication.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Payment is made by bank transfer to the journal’s official bank account. The bank details are provided to the author in the acceptance letter.

The payment reference must include:

  • Full name of the author
  • Title of the article
  • “Article Processing Charge (APC)”

Proof of payment (a copy of the payment receipt) must be sent to the editorial office via email.

The article is published only after confirmation of receipt of funds in the journal’s bank account.

The editorial office does not charge any fees for manuscript submission or peer review.
